Two and ½ years and 1,250 hours of building and here is my completed Wittman Tailwind W10. Empty weight is 888 pounds with a Lycoming O-320 engine. It flies like wearing a glove! I made it to Oshkosh for the 50th Tailwind anniversary. Thanks to my brother, my family, Bob Ardema, Dr. Dan, and John Chapman for helping me get in the air again.
